DREADFUL LOCKS DREADLOCK EXTENSIONS
Dreadlock extensions are a great way to get the long locks you've always wanted instantly!
These extensions are made by me personally and will shift and change naturally with your natural dreadlocks. These extensions are tapered and will become more locked and solid as time goes on as they would if they were really part of your hair.
I can currently only offer a minimum of 6 inches and a maximum of 20 inches dreaded length, when choosing your length, please take into account that 2-3 inches will be overlapping your current dreadlocks.
Prices for extensions are based on loose ended (paint brush) tips, if you would like the ends of your extensions round (blunted), add $2 to each extension price.
For dreadlock extension requests under the quantity of 20 dreadlocks, the price ranges per dreadlock based on quantity and length. This would cover the cost of hair, not installation of the extensions.
For dreadlock extension requests over the quantity of 20 dreadlocks, the price is set all the way up from what is listed in the chart. This would cover the cost of hair, not installation of the extensions.
A deposit of $100-$250 will be needed prior to your appointment.
Shown pricing effective as of November 1st, 2016.
Quantity of 45 loose ended extensions at 13-15 in would be $495.
Quantity of 45 round ended extensions at 13-15 in would be $540.
These are the default colors available for extensions
I prefer to use straight 100% human hair extensions because they are the most natural and can be color customized.
Color matching can also be done by having me ship the extensions to your hair dresser to be colored and then have them returned at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled appointment. However, I am not responsible for replacing the hair if your stylist makes a mistake during the coloring process. I do not color match dreadlocks, but I do offer vivid colors on extensions before they are dreaded and installed. Pricing varies.
DREADFUL LOCKS DREADLOCK EXTENSION INSTALLATION
Starting at $60/HOUR
With existing dreadlocks the process starts with brushing out the ends 3-4 inches of the dreadlock to give the extension something to hold onto when crocheted together. Not all dreadlocks can have extensions added, as some are too mature and dense.
